Immediately after an injury, prepare a cold compress using geranium, lavender, and / or thyme oil. Apply the compress to the injured area for at least ten minutes, substituting a new cold compress if the original one becomes warm. Repeat as often as possible for the day or two after the injury.

13ml Arnica infused oil 5 drops Lavender oil 3 drops Geranium oil or 13ml Arnica infused oil 5 drops Fennel oil 3 drops Marjoram oil Shake slowly to blend. Massage gently into bruised areas twice daily. Do not use on broken skin.
